A friend arranged a short-trip picnic for our group. On the specified date, we assembled at the prescribed place. My friend started counting the numbers and felt one person was missing. He was murmuring repeatedly that it was one less in the group.

When I asked him whether he included himself in the count, he blushed and accepted the mistake. The picnic turned out to be enjoyable and we merrily pulled his leg most of the time over the incident.
