Why are Bhopal victims Waiting   Letter Published in The National,Uae on Dec 6,012

I am writing in reference to Call for 

gas disaster justice (December 4). More than 28 years since the Bhopal incident, it is sad that the Indian government has not been able to settle the issue.

This is one of the major disasters in Indian history, with more than 15,000 victims.
