The authorities’ initiative to train public school teachers is a good one, as it will help improve the quality of teaching in Abu Dhabi (‘11,000 Abu Dhabi public school teachers to undergo training,’ Gulf News, January 6). This move will certainly ensure better education and results from the students. The UAE is concentrating on the education sector and this is laudable.
