Today i am going to pen another interesting film personality from the Bolly wood industry writer,producer,and Critic is none other than K.Bikram Singh.Started his career as lecturer, served in Government services and later Joined in the Directorate of film festivalsas joint Directorand Director of film policy in the Information and Broad casting Ministry is worth to be mentioned here.He took voluntary retirement and later he became a full time film maker because of his Passion on films.He has produced few movies viz Andhi gali New Delhi times with Late Shashi Kapoor .New Delhi times gave a good name for his Team. He was also associated with Basu Bhatacharya famous Bengali Director for Aastha.Tarpan won the award in Cairo and shown in Moscow,Montreal and Chicago.
He has produced more than 60 Documentries and Directed.He has produced Couple of Travel
was popular three decades back in Door darshan.Famous travel writers Hugh and Collen Grantzer
was associated with him for couple of travel serials.The Serial Looking Beyond i used to see regularly when i was in Mysore.Beautiful Naration with Excellent Cinematography are the highlights of looking beyond.All his documentries are meaningful and thought provoking.Few are on rural and environment developments.Even though he has Huge creative works i could remember few of his Wonderful work.I have mentioned here the works which i remembered .Today i am happy to tribute this stalwart.Even though the 75 Year Old Film maker is not with us his beautiful creations are with us.
