The demise of 86 year old former IAS Officer Cabinet Secretary and above all Chief Election Commissioner TN Seshan's demise is a great loss to India especially administration area.Strict Disciplined and a terror to corrupt politicians.Created a revolution in Electoral process. May his soul rest in Peace.
