K Ragavan writes with reference to ‘Metro takes its toll on yet another city road’ that it is sad that due to rains and heavy traffic connectivity of RV and Silk Board Roads is broken. Despite the residents’ complaints, BMRCL made it clear to BBMP that the road cannot be fixed before March 2020. Of course there may be technical reasons, but lack of proper planning also should be blamed for this
