Letter Published in BM on 10Nov 19 BBMP must probe delayed salaries
K Ragavan writes with reference to ‘All Work and No Pay has Hindered Ops in Indira Canteens’ that it is sad to know that marshals and contractors are not being paid salaries for about four months. BBMP is dispersing Rs 3-4 crores every month and how did these arrears manage to accumulate? Employees should get their salary on time to meet their committed domestic expenses every month. BBMP should probe this and see that the dues are paid immediately
