Sportive spirit
The other day I was watching the India-Sri Lanka cricket match on TV. Sachin Tendulkar’s double century was the highlight.
While the match was on, I received a few calls from my friends asking me whether I was aware of the feat by the famous cricketer.
I was happy about the little master’s fifth double century in tests. But when we changed the channel, there was some political news.
I immediately shut the TV. While sportsmen cheer me, politicians take the sportive spirit away from me. I don’t know why.
