A few days ago, a friend of mine called me to find out my reason for not joining him for the regular morning walk. After explaining the cause for my absence, he commented: What you are doing is indeed anyday better than walking.
The reason I could not indulge in the daily morning exercise for the past few days was my aged mother was indisposed and I had to care for her.
The same evening I received the call from this friend, who came to see my mother. While leaving my home, he nodded in appreciation. “Serving parents is the most beautiful thing in the world.”
