Shankar Aiyar'sThird Eye piece was nice and meaningful.Inspite of six and half decades of free domthe commonman is yet to get his freedom.This is sad and painful.Lack of political willand self interest are the real causes.Government should change its strategy and take care of the people as per article 19.
