Letter Published in Gulf News UAE on 23 Feb 16 ,Solution to traffic issues
This is a really good move (“Over 1,000 to take part in car-free day”, Gulf News, February 18). At least on one day there won’t be much traffic on the roads. If people slowly follow this culture and start commuting by public transport, the traffic will ease. Will people do this, though? We will have to wait and see.
