Tribute 801.

Tribute to Cinematographer S. Saravanan (801) Today, I feel compelled to write about the versatile personality from the Tamil film industry, none other than Cinematographer S. Saravanan. He was associated with Directors Vikraman and Suresh Krishna, later becoming independent. Collaborating with leading actors, he showcased his skills and mentored others who gained popularity. His visible craftsmanship is evident in both indoor and outdoor shots. Despite numerous films to his credit, spanning three or four languages, his achievements are commendable. Additionally, he proved himself as a director in two films, if my information is correct. I've watched several films by this stalwart, including "Thirupachi," "Arachatchi," Poove Unakkaga,Surya Vamsam," "Selva," "Sangamam," "Maayi," "Madurey," "Shahjahan," "Thirupathi," "Dharmapuri," "Vaitheeswaran," "Alex Pandian," and a few I couldn't catch up on. Today, I am pleased to pay tribute to this versatile cinematographer, wishing him and his family happy and peaceful days ahead. K. Ragavan 15-1-24 Until our meeting next week.
