Your article Every one should do their alloted working hours was interesting to read.This appeal came from Home minister P.Chidambaram when he wasinaguarating the Biometric identification in his Ministry as appreciable.To My knowledge this should be implemented strictly in Public sectors like,LIC,Banks and stategovt organisations.Because the Employees thinking once they enter in to Govt servicestheir Job is Permanent ,irrespective of his/her in efficiency. Let us see how for this is going to work .
