Jet Airways Pilots strike continus was very sad state of affair and painful toread. Even though the Demand of Reinstating the sacked pilots was reasonable the Pilots should not go for strike.Today no citizen has sympathy for Airlines staff,because of their Service attitude and putting the Passangers in to in convenience.Management and Staff Members should sit and negotiate,without disturbing the Regular routine.They should go for Strike after duty hours.Air Line Industry is already facing a tough time and this will add to the fuel.Ultimately Govt. will bail out with Tax payers money is not Logic.This strike is a condonmed one.

It is correct Mr. Ragahvan, The pilots are the most highly paid person who should not do such kind of strikes as this will put all the public's in all kind of inconvenience.
That too after their demands are met is init their duty to resume work and make things smooth?
