The Supreme court direction to Centre and state governments for providing toilets in schools with in six months is good .Poor infrastructure,particularly the lack of toilets in schools ,is one of the main reasons for discouraging children from attending Schools.Cileanliness is a quality that should be indicated to students and educational institutions should not deter them.
