K Ragavan writes Bengaluru isn’t ready for rains (Moansoon). Your cover story explains that the city is not prepared for even summer rain, then in monsoon it will have to face a lot of hurdles. And ironical that it is people dumping garbage on roads that is causing one of the problems. The city should have prepared when there is no rain. It is commendable that traffic police helped out when sewage was overflowing in KR Puram area
