One crucial aspect all parties seem to have overlooked is that people generally stick to traditional methods. This time, the people are not naive and are expected to deliver a wise verdict for the sake of improvement – that is my firm belief. This decision stems from the challenges faced and earned respect. Tribute to Faith and Mutual Respect (803). Today, I feel compelled to document in my blogs the significance of faith and respect during the recent mammoth event held in India on January 22nd in Ayodhya. India, being a vast country with numerous states, languages, and diverse religious faiths, has embraced unity in diversity for decades. The recent ceremony at the Sri Ram temple on January 22nd, where people of various faiths participated, exemplifies the harmonious coexistence of different beliefs in the great Bharath, which no one can dispute. This underscores that India's Karma Bhoomi, with its diverse faiths, will continue to thrive seamlessly. I firmly believe that faith and sentiments should not be exploited for individual gain, and recent events suggest that such exploitation is not feasible here. Mutual respect is crucial for everyone, and this ceremony served as a testimony to that. Beyond the borders, Indians are globally acknowledged, and the diverse presence of various faiths in this recent event fills Indians with pride. *கருட ரஹஸ்யம்*👆👇 *********************** சிலவற்றைப் பார்த்தால் யோகம். சிலவற்றைப் பார்க்காமல் இருந்தால் யோகம். பார்க்க வேண்டிய விஷயங்களைப் பார்ப்பதன் மூலம் நம்முடைய யோக பலன்களை வளர்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம். உயர்ந்த விஷயங்களைப் பார்ப்பதை தரிசனம் என்று சொல்கிறோம். கோயில்களுக்குச் சென்று இறைவனை, “பார்த்துவிட்டு வந்தோம்” என்று சொல்வதில்லை. “தரிசனம் செய்து விட்டு வந்தோம்” என்றுதான் சொல்கிறோம். எந்த தரிசனம் உயர்ந்ததோ, மங்கலமானதோ அதற்கு *சுதர்சனம்* (நல்ல தரிசனம்) என்று பெயர். சில பெருமாள் கோயில்களில் தனியாக சுதர்சனர் சந்நதி இருக்கும். அதைத்தவறாமல் தரிசித்து வர வேண்டும். ‘‘ *வனமாலி கதி சார்ங்கி சங்கீ சக்ரீச நந்தகி ஸ்ரீமன் நாரயணோ* *விஷ்ணுர் வாசு தேவோ அபி ரக்ஷது* . ”என்று சொல்லித் தான், பெருமாளை சொல்வார்கள். அவ்வகையில் *தரிசனங்களில் உயர்ந்த தரிசனம் கருட தரிசனம்.* பெருமாள் கோயில்களில் நான்கு மூலை களிலும் கருடனை தரிசிக்கலாம். கருடன் சந்நதி, பலிபீடம், கொடிமரம் பிறகுதான் பெருமாள் சந்நதி. பெருமாள் கோயிலை “ *புள்ளரையன் கோயில்* ’’ என்றே ஆண்டாள் பாடுகிறாள். `புள்’ என்றால் பறவை. `அரையன்’ என்றால் தலைவன். பறவைகளுக்கு தலைவன் அல்லவா கருடன். கருடன், கச்யபர் – விநதை தம்பதிக்கு இரண்டாவது மகனாவார். ஆடி மாதம் சுவாதி நட்சத்திரத்தில் பிறந்தவர். கருடாழ்வார், மங்களாலயன், பக்ஷிராஜன், சுபர்ணன், புஷ்பப்பிரியன், வினதைச் சிறுவன், வேத ஸ்வரூபன், வைனதேயன் போன்ற எண்ணற்ற பெயர்களால் அழைக்கப் படுகிறார். இவருக்கு ருத்ரை மற்றும் சுகீர்த்தி என்னும் இரண்டு மனைவியர் உள்ளனர். இன்றைக்கும் பல ஊர்களில் ஆயிரக் கணக்கான மக்கள் கருட தரிசனத் திற்காக மாலை வேளையில் காத்திருப்பதைக் காணலாம். குறிப்பாக, வியாழக் கிழமைகளில் கருட தரிசனத்தைக் காண்பதற்காக சில குறிப்பிட்ட இடங்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து மக்கள் கூடுகிறார்கள். ஆயிரம் ஆயிரம் சுப சகுனங்கள் கிட்டினாலும் ஒரு கருட தரிசனத்திற்கு ஈடாகாது ! தன்னிகரற்றது கருட தரிசனம் ! கருடன் மட்டுமே இறக்கைகளை அசைக்காமல் பறக்கும் சக்தி உடையவர். *எனவே உயர பறக்கும் போது இறக்கைகளை அசைக்காமல் இருந்தால், அது கருடன் என்று முடிவு செய்யலாம்.* வானத்தில் கருடனைப் பார்க்கும் போது கைகூப்பி வணங்கக் கூடாது. கன்னத்தில் போட்டுக் கொள்ளவும் கூடாது. “ *மங்களானி பவந்து’* ’ என மனதில் சொல்லிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். *கெட்ட சகுனங்கள், துர்சேட்டைகள், துர்குறிகள் போன்ற அசுபங்கள் அனைத்தும் கருட தரிசனத்தால், சூரியனைக் கண்ட பனிபோல் பறந்தோடி விடும்* ! பெருமாள் கோயில்களில் உற்சவங்கள் நடக்கின்றபொழுது ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் ஒவ்வொரு வாகன சேவை நடக்கும். அதிலே கருட வாகனத்தில் பெருமாள் எழுந்தருள்வதை காண்பதற்காக கூட்டம் அலை மோதும். அதனை `கருட சேவை’ என்கிறோம். திருவரங்கம், காஞ்சிபுரம், திருப்பதி, நவதிருப்பதிகள், திருநாங்கூர், திருநாராயணபுரம் நாச்சியார் கோவில் ஆகிய திருத் தலங்களில் நிகழும் கருட சேவைகள் தனிச் சிறப்பு டையது. *காஞ்சியில் கருடசேவையை அதிகாலையில் தரிசிப்பது மிகவும் விசேஷம்.* எல்லா திவ்ய தேசங்களிலும் இரண்டு கரங்களையும் குவித்து வணங்கும் கருடாழ்வாரைத் தான் காணமுடியும். திருக்கண்ணங்குடி என்ற திவ்ய தேசத்தில் மட்டும் இரண்டு கைகளையும், கட்டிக் கொண்டு தரிசனம் தருகிறார். இந்தக் காட்சி, வைகுண்டத்தில் கருடன் எழுந்தருளி யுள்ள காட்சியாகும். கருடனை ` *வேதாத்மா* ’ என்று நமது இந்து மத பெரியோர்கள் வர்ணிக்கிறார்கள். வேதத்தின் பொருளாகிய பெருமாள், வேதத்தின் மீது ஆரோகணித்து வருவதைத்தான் கருட சேவை என்று நாம் சொல்கிறோம். சாதாரணமாக நாம் கருடனை தரிசிக்கும் பொழுது, பெருமாளை தன் முதுகில் சுமந்து கொண்டு, யாரோ ஒரு பக்தனைக் காப்பாற்று வதற்காக விரைவாகப் போகிறார் என்று கிராமத்தில் நமது பெரியோர்கள் சொல்லுவார்கள். அந்த நேரத்தில் நாம் அவரை தரிசிக்கும் பொழுது நம்முடைய தோஷங்கள் எல்லாம் விலகி விடும். *கருடாழ்வாருக்கு சிவப்பு நிறமுள்ள பட்டு வேஷ்டியை அணிவித்து, மல்லிகைப்பூ, மரிக்கொழுந்து, கதிர்ப்பச்சை (தமனகம்), செண்பகப் பூக்களால் அர்ச்சனை செய்வது சிறந்தது.* சிவகங்கை மாவட்டத்தில், காரைக்குடியை அடுத்துள்ள அரியக்குடியில் எழுந்தருளி இருப்பவர் ஸ்ரீநிவாசப் பெருமாள். இங்கு மூலைக் கருடன் வழிபாடு சிறப்பானது. நல்லது நடக்கவும், தீமைகள் மறையவும் இங்கு மூலைக் கருடனுக்கு சிதறுகாய் உடைப்பது வழக்கம். கருடனைப் போல், வேதம் பிரத்யட்சமாக தெரியும். ஆனால், கருடன் மீது கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாமல் அமர்ந்து செல்லும் பெருமாளை போல, வேதத்தின் பொருளை உணரத் தான் முடியும். அது கண்ணுக்கும் தெரிய வேண்டும் என்பதற்காகத்தான் அர்ச்சாவதார பெருமாளை கருடன் மீது ஆரோகணம் செய்து கருட சேவை நடத்துகின்றோம். பெருமாளைக் காண்கின்ற கண்களால் கருட தரிசனத்தையும் காண வேண்டும். கருடனைத் தரிசிப்பது சுப சகுனம் ஆகாயத்தில் கருடன் வட்டமிடுவதோ, குரலெழுப்புவதோ நல்லதொரு அறிகுறி. “ *கருட த்வனி* ” என்ற ஒரு ராகமே உண்டு. அதனைக் கேட்பது புண்ணியமானது. ராமாயணத்தில் ராம, லட்சுமணர்கள், விஷ அம்பால் அடிபட்டு மயக்க முற்று இருக்கின்றார்கள். பகவானே மனுஷ ரூபம் எடுத்து வந்ததால் அஸ்திர சஸ்திரங்களுக்கு கட்டுப்பட்டவன் போல் நடந்து கொள்ளுகின்றான். அப்பொழுது கருடன் மேலே பறந்து வர, அந்த நிழல் பட்டு, உடம்பில் தைத்திருந்த விஷ அம்புகள் நீங்குகின்றன. *மனதில் தெளிவின்மையும், மயக்கமும், குழப்பமும், தோஷங்களும் விஞ்சி நிற்கின்ற பொழுது, கருட தரிசனத்தைக் காண்பதன் மூலமாக, தெளிவு பிறக்கும் என்பது சான்றோர் வாக்கு. அதனால், வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கும் போதெல்லாம் கருட தரிசனம் காண்பதன் மூலமாக நம்முடைய தோஷங்கள் நீங்கும். மனம் தெளிவு பெறும். செயல்கள் வெற்றி பெறும்.* *கருடனின் நிழல் பட்ட நிலத்தில் நல்ல விளைச்சல் உண்டாகும்.* காரணம், வேத ஒலிகளுக்குத் தாவரங்களை நன்கு வளர வைக்கும் சக்தி உண்டு. *கருட புராணத்தை அமாவாசை, பவுர்ணமி, மாதப் பிறப்பு, கிரகணம், சிராத்தம் போன்ற முக்கிய தினங்களில் படிப்பது காரியத் தடைகளை அகற்றி ஜெயம் அளிக்கும்.* *கருடனைத் தரிசித்தால் கிடைக்கும் நன்மைகள் அபாரமானது.* முதலில் கருட சேவையைத் தரிசிப்பதன் மூலம் அக அழுக்கு களாகிய பாவம் போகும். ஜாதகத்தில் பல தடைகளை உண்டு பண்ணும், ராகு – கேது தோஷமாகிய நாக தோஷம் போகும். சுப காரியத் தடைகள் நீங்கும். தோல் வியாதிகள், நீண்ட நாள் வியாதிகள் குணமாகும். கருட பஞ்சமி நாளில் விரதமிருந்து கருடனைப் பூஜை செய்ய, பிறக்கும் குழந்தைகள் அறிவும், வீரமும் உடையவர்களாக விளங்குவர். Despite the hurdles over the past decades, the present government has taken decisive action. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's administration has achieved a lot in the past two terms, including the Moon mission. But to many Indians, the temple inauguration may well overtake that. As an Indian, I wish that this great event reminds us of the unparalleled diversity in India – the religious, linguistic, cultural, ethnic diversity of more than 1.4 billion citizens. Recent incident of slapping the Pilot by a passenger due to delay was not only condemned but unacceptable.Pilots should not be assaulted or disturbed which will disturb their concentration. This incident is very unfortunate and such incidents should not be repeated .

Tribute to Cinematographer S. Saravanan (801) Today, I feel compelled to write about the versatile personality from the Tamil film industry, none other than Cinematographer S. Saravanan. He was associated with Directors Vikraman and Suresh Krishna, later becoming independent. Collaborating with leading actors, he showcased his skills and mentored others who gained popularity. His visible craftsmanship is evident in both indoor and outdoor shots. Despite numerous films to his credit, spanning three or four languages, his achievements are commendable. Additionally, he proved himself as a director in two films, if my information is correct. I've watched several films by this stalwart, including "Thirupachi," "Arachatchi," Poove Unakkaga,Surya Vamsam," "Selva," "Sangamam," "Maayi," "Madurey," "Shahjahan," "Thirupathi," "Dharmapuri," "Vaitheeswaran," "Alex Pandian," and a few I couldn't catch up on. I hadn't heard of the concept of medical tactile examiners. It's laudable how Noorunnissa and her colleagues help women diagnose cancer early and at a treatable stage. We clearly need more of these examiners. There were 178,361 cases and 90,408 deaths from breast cancer in India in 2020. Despite their vision loss, that people can go on to embark on noble careers is amazing. Noorunnissa is one of 18 certified medical tactile examiners. More power to them and the state should support them in all the ways they need and develop this programme to reach hospitals across the country. மறக்கமுடியாத அனுபவம் எல்லா அனுபவங்களும் இன்பமானவை ,ஆனால் சில அனுபவங்கள் மறக்கமுடியாத ஒன்று.சமீபத்தில் என் அனுபவம் இன்பமான ஒன்று.நாற்பத்திஐந்து வருடத்திற்கு முன் மதுரையில் நான் ஒரு பிரபல மருத்துவ கம்பெனியில் பணி புரியும் போது என்னுடன் சேர்ந்து பணிபுரிந்த நண்பர்களை மார்ச் ஏழாம் தேதி சென்னையில் சந்தித்து செலவழித்த இன்பமான நேரத்தை ,அனுபவத்தை இங்கு மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள விரும்புகிறேன்.நண்பர்களின் முகம் காலத்தினால் மாறிவிட்டாலும் பழகும் விதம் அன்று இருந்ததை போல் இருந்ததை கண்டு மகிழ்ந்தேன்.ஒவ்வொரு நண்பரும் வாழ்க்கையில் பல அரிய காரியங்களை செய்து நல்ல பதவியில் இருந்து ,நல்ல பெயருடன் ஓய்வு எடுத்துக்கொண்டதை கண்டு அகமகிழ்ந்தேன்..நண்பர்களின் ,மகன்,மகள் பேர குழந்தைகள் நல்ல ,நிலையில் இருபத்திருப்பதை பார்த்து சந்தோசப்பட்டேன் .நாங்கள் கழித்த காலத்தில் ,சந்தித்த மருத்துவர்கள் ,மற்றும் உண்டு கழித்த சிற்றுண்டி சாலைகள் ,உணவகம்,பார்த்த திரை படங்கள் ,முக்கியமாக மாயா ஜால மன்னன் விட்டலாச்சார்யா திரைப்படங்களும் இடம் பெற்றன.அன்று இருந்த சந்தோஷமும் ,திருப்தியும் இன்று இல்லை என்பதையும் அவர்கள் மூலமாக அறிந்தேன் என்னையும் சேர்த்து.மதுரையில் காலடி வைத்தவர்கள் எவரும்சோடை போனதில்லை என்று கேள்விப்பட்டிருக்கிறேன்.அன்று அதை உண்மையில் உணர்ந்தேன்.காலம் எங்களை இவ்வளவு வருடங்கள் ,பிரித்து இருந்தாலும்,அன்றைய சந்திப்பு எல்லா கடந்த கால வாழ்க்கையையும் அறியவைத்ததில் வியப்பில்லை.முடிவில் ஒன்று கூற ஆசைப்படுகிறேன்.மருத்துவபிரிதிநிதியாக பணியாற்றியஎந்தநபரும் ,எந்த தொழிலிலும் தங்கள் முத்திரையை பதிப்பார்கள் என்பது உண்மை என்றுஇந்த சந்திப்பின்மூலம் அனுபவபூர்வமாக உணர்ந்தேன்.நீங்களே சொல்லுங்கள் இது மறக்கமுடியாத அனுபவம் தானே. அன்புடன் கே.ராகவன். 13-3-23

The fury of the rain has not stopped. In many states of India there is still no relief from monsoons. This is affecting the normal life of the people. Also, they are suffering due to the lack of adequate preventive facilities. Tribute to Cinematographer Mathi 800. Today, I find myself compelled to acknowledge another intriguing figure in Tamil cinema – the cinematographer R. Mathi. In his extensive more than two-decade career, he has crafted memorable films, distinguished by their pristine indoor and outdoor shots. Noteworthy actors like Karthik, Bharath, Jeeva, and Kajal Agarwal have graced his movies, with titles such as Nepali, Ninaithale, Naan Mahanalla, Oru Kalluriyin Kathai, and Punnagai Desam. Films like Naan Mahan Alla and Veyil have rightfully earned him acclaim. Although I haven't seen his much-discussed film Paiyya, today, I am pleased to pay tribute to this upcoming cinematographer.
