Ongoing crisis.

The recent incident involving the non-departure of multiple IndiGo flights, which left thousands of passengers stranded across airports in India, was not only unfortunate but also painful to witness. Watching families—especially those traveling with young children—struggle in such situations is truly distressing. While air travel is generally preferred for its convenience and time-saving benefits, incidents like these severely erode passenger confidence. The aviation industry must ensure greater flexibility in crew scheduling and address any operational issues promptly so that such disruptions do not escalate. I am personally concerned about my upcoming travel to Trivandrum on Monday, especially if the current chaos continues. A swift and permanent solution must be implemented to restore order and reassure passengers that their flights will operate on time. The question on everyone’s mind is: Will this issue persist, or can travelers expect stability soon? K.Ragavan
