Small Story 461. Powerful Padmanabha After a two-day tour with his family, Ram returned and joined his group of friends after finishing his morning walk. Naganna and Basavaraj greeted him warmly. After enquiring about his trip, they offered him tea, which Ram accepted happily. The bonding and hospitality were beyond words. As they chatted, Ram narrated his experience. Visiting Trivandrum was wonderful, and the temple deity was truly beautiful. The discipline of the devotees, patiently moving one by one, left a deep impression on him. Pilgrims from all parts of India, as well as international tourists, were pouring in. However, despite their planned schedule, Ram mentioned that they had to prepone their return by one day due to his sudden discomfort and giddiness. When they reached home, a pleasant surprise awaited them. His grandson had been selected to join a good audit firm in Dubai. They had never expected this opportunity. Ram smiled and said that perhaps it was the blessing of the deity—after all, many devotees of Lord Padmanabha have been living in Dubai for decades.
