This incident is very unfortunate and Painful to read as well watching.The Real cause is not known,however this is a Great mistake either by the Pilot or any other Technical defect.CiviL Aviation Department should investigate,andfind out the cause.I am Praying for the Departed souls as well their Grived Family Members.
