I don’t agree that holidays make us lethargic and less productive. Holidays are meant for relaxation, meeting our relatives, friends and visit new places. This will result in better productivity at work because in our day to day busy schedule we don’t have time to relax and visit places. If you restart a machine after a gap it performs better. Human bodies are no different and also need rest
