This with reference to the online story, ‘Twin explosions rock British Compound in Kabul’ (KT/ Aug 19). Bomb explosions staged by terrorists are very common for the innocent civilians as well foreign embassies.

In spite of tight security these incidents continue to happen. Even after the invasion from the US-led coalition, the people of Afghanistan have not been able to live peacefully in a stable and secure environment. The question is when will Afghanistan return to normalcy after years of fighting?
