Last week during a dinner at my friend’s house we started talking about life in other countries. Incidentally, my friend’s mother had visited Sharjah twice to visit her daughter, and was happy to find out that I had lived in Sharjah for many years as well. She praised the city for its friendly atmosphere and noteworthy hospitality.She was also pleasantly surprised to find out that I had lived in Mumbai for 17 years, while working at a pharma company, where she too had settled/lived.
