Your Power & Politics (TNIE,June 22) by Prabhu Chawla made for a nice and meaningful read. In Six decades the Planning Commission and it's execution has not been satisfactory.On the one hand,it allowed sizeable expenditure and on the other ,nepotism grew.The new Prime Minister should modify this system for better accountability and over all development of the country.
