Prabhu Chawla's Power &Politicswas meaningful and thought provoking(TNIE March 8)His mention on the number of rapes recorded in one year in western countries was shocking.It is a fact that the home secretary granted permission for the Nirbhaya rapist to be interviewed,but the Tihar jail authorities should have scrutinised the script first.That mistake has caused much damage.
