Readers debate after a study in the UK concluded that in adults should start work after 10am to increase productivity  Enough sleep in important

To a certain extent I agree with the study that says we shouldn’t start working until 10am. In many countries, the office starts after 10am anyway. In the Middle East and some South Asian countries, the work starts between 7.30 and 8am. All the schools start before 9am in most of the countries, too. Normal sleep requirements for an individual means around eight hours and at least six hours. Sleeplessness will certainly affect productivity and delivery. Some places, because of the climate, offices starts early. Overall, one should have good rest before starting work. Sleep deprivation could also be from spending more time out for pleasure and entertainment.
