Your article Govt may opt for Singapore model ,was interesting to read.Cleaning up the coovum ,and make the city clean and neat is nice to hear.This task is a herculian task,which the govt was trying for years.My Point is, a small country like singapore with limited population ,seen the dramatic developement ,both in Trading and tourism.
