Powerful Padmanabha.

Powerful Padmanabha My recent experience and my deep faith in the deity have compelled me to share this incident with our readers. After a two-day tour with my family, I returned home and later joined my group of friends after finishing my morning walk. Naganna and Basavaraj greeted me warmly. After enquiring about my trip, they offered me tea, which I accepted happily. The bonding, warmth, and hospitality were truly beyond words. As we chatted, I narrated my experience. Visiting Thiruvananthapuram was wonderful, and the deity at the Padmanabhaswamy Temple was truly divine and awe-inspiring. The discipline of the devotees, patiently moving forward one by one for darshan, left a deep impression on me. Pilgrims from all parts of India, along with international tourists, were pouring in, united by devotion and reverence. However, despite my planned schedule, I had to prepone my return by a day due to sudden discomfort and giddiness. When I reached home safely, I was worried because my children had already made arrangements to celebrate my 80th birthday with a small function and rituals at home. My youngest daughter had come from the US along with my other daughters to take my wife and me for darshan and blessings before the rituals. Unfortunately, I had to return to Bengaluru a day earlier. After consulting our doctor and following his advice and medication, I was able to happily participate in the rituals, which my family was very keen on performing. By the grace of the Lord, I could give my blessings to my children. Many friends had earlier told me that after visiting the Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram, their grandchildren secured jobs in Dubai. That indeed appears to be true, as many devotees of this deity have been working in Dubai for decades. K.Ragavan Bengaluru
