Today i remembered an another Interesting personality from Tamil film is DirectorHari.In a Short span of time he has created a revolution and got his own identity is not a Exaggerated one.Fast ,action packed and socially related subjects.Top class actors Sarathkumar,Vikram,Vijayakumar and vivek played their roll very well in his creations.Music,songs and clean shots will speak in this Director’s pictures.Couple of films only he has Directed,but all most all are hit films.Ican not forget,Saami,Ayya,Aaru,Arul,Thamiraparani,and vel.Vivek’s excellent Meaningful comedy in Saami,and Vikram’s fast action made Saamy a Great success.Hari was Complemented by Stal wart Director K.Balachander in Saamy’s Jubillee Celebrations is important.His affinity to Tirunelveli will be there in most of his films.Ihave No doubt in the coming days this Young enterprisingDirector will have his own place in the Tamil film industry.Iam happy to Pen this young director.

trouble

Enjoying holidays back home has its own thrills. I met old friends after two decades. Our discussions covered various topics from traffic problems to the tremendous progress made by the UAE.

When I narrated the fast growth of real estate and the upcoming Metro, everyone applauded Dubai’s rapid growth in a span of two decades. After the discussions, a friend invited me for dinner. On the appointed day, I reached his place hours late thanks to traffic jam. And I remembered the Sharjah-Dubai journey.

Turning on the heat COLD COMFORT by Jug Suraiya (December 5) was interesting. I agree with the writer’s view that there are basic differences in the way men and women feel. I feel very cold when the AC is switched on at home, while my wife doesn’t feel the difference in temperature. I guess that’s the reason why semi-clad women whom we see on television don’t feel cold, irrespective of the season. Food for thought, right?

Today i am going toPen an another Stalwart who has created a Big impact in Tamil filmin a short span of two decades is None other then Director K.S.Ravikumar.Started his First film Cheran pandian,Followed by Many hits is not a Exagerated one.Films with entertainment for allages.Songs and Photography are main highlights .He has directed with all Top class actors,Rajni,Kamal,Sarath kumar and other heroines Meena andKushbu.Kadavul oru mu thalali from Muthu was a Hit song.All songs of his Dasavadaram was superhit.The Entire country worked in his unit for Dasavatharam is to be mentioned.Ravi verman’s super cinemotography,Himesh Reshmaya’s Music and all.singers done their part verywell.Among many of his super hit films i can not forget few of his memorable films are Muthu,Avvai shanmugi,Tenali,Pancha thantram,Nattanmai,and Dasavatharam are important.Padiappa another wonderful movie.Jovial friendly and above allsmiling Ravikumar likedby one andall.Today iam happy to pen this talented Director.

Many people do not realise that exaggeration is morally and socially wrong. I have some friends who make a mountain out of a molehill on even petty subjects. Add to this corporate exaggeration. The latest revelations about “false inflation” by giant IT organisation Satyam computer have startled me. The jobs of thousands of people are at stake now because of such a misconduct. In these days of global crunch, individuals and organisations should realise the value of simplicity.

Tough situation
A short while ago, an internet slowdown cast a wrench in the normal routine of residents around the UAE (”Internet slowdown exasperates residents”, Gulf News, December 28). The work of many organisations was badly affected. Nowadays, the entire world functions with the help of information technology and such disturbances would certainly affect global businesses. I hope such slowdowns do not occur again in this region.

I boarded a flight to India’s Bangalore city recently for a holiday, but ended up with a bitter experience. Behind my seat were two children with their mother. After the plane’s take- off, I suddenly noticed someone kicking me. I turned back to see one of the two children stretching his legs and playing. I cautioned the child not to do. After a few minutes, I had to face the same experience again. This time, I informed the child’s mother and she asked the child not to repeat the action. After half an hour, the “monkey” was back to his old tricks. I turned back to see the mom sleeping. After a few hours, my destination arrived but I had to rest content with disturbed sleep.

Parents should teach children how to behave in a public place. But it is clear that for some people, like this case, discipline is not their cup of tea.
